Dd1 I used cloth 99% of the time dd2 80% ds 70% dd3 60%. Lazy tart that I am. No really it's funny. I just get in a habit of disposable and I start thinking. 'oh these are so easy' then I'll use cloth again and I think 'oh these are so easy' lol.

We use cloth full time and we use them with bamboo flushable liners. We made this choice because then there is no poo scraping, just pick up the liner and flush it - made hubby happier for when that blue moon comes around. My stash is many made up of Bitti Tuttos, which we have found really great. I do need to get some really good night nappies though. I've been researching and I think I'm going to go with a Genesa Forge one.

Yep there are a few places that make fleece covers.
I've only ever used Maz covers and bummi fleece covers. Both great.

Little Britches make fleece covers. As well as a new place I just bought a few from called Squeeky Cheeks. Both WAHM and great quality

I know you've gotten heaps of advice but just wanted to throw my 2 cents worth in I also love my cloth! and I use some disposables too. From about 2 weeks old I had ds in newborn size BBH's covers with their bamboo boosters just folded up in them with a microfleece liner on top of the booster. These were a great fit for us and I had loads of covers (every colour they make). There was a period of a month or so where they were too small and I felt the ebay cheapie pockets I had were still too big so we were in spossies. But since ds has fitted into the ebay cheapies he wears them heaps. He also has some bbh's hemp and some cushie tooshies plus an abby grow. I'm lucky that they all fit ds well and we've never had leaks or poo exposions in any of them. Great advise from others not to buy heaps of the one brand until you know what fits. Even then you bub might change shape and one of the others will fit better. For wipes I got some beautiful bamboo velour (sp) and cut it up, SOOOO nice on bubs bottom, especially is there's any redness from nappy rash etc. I have a very weak stomach and was wondering how I would go with poop but I've had no problems
