Maybe try ebay for a seat cover?? My grandparents IL in Japan had a terry towelling cover AND buttons you push to warm it up before you sit on it.but hey whatever works!!! You might be able to get one from O/S?

I just searched eBay - heaps of options, for just a few dollars. Might be worth looking into!
