Crystals in Huggies Nappies...

I've worked in the manufacturing industry making medical dressings and it's easy for there to be so much variance.

They would have a target amount of crystals to be included in the nappy, but there would also be a window of tolerance between too much and not enough. Quality control is there but at the end of the day the workers are only human and a few would get through that aren't right.

Yup, totally agree. Once I knew it wasn't going to hurt Abbey, I really wasn't bothered by it. And really didn't expect a replacement pack - but it was nice to get!
