yup, happens here to! my 5yo still dose it, i give him one to clean his face, he stuffes it all in his mouth, then tries to tell me inside his mouth needed cleaning
i have to realy watch and pay attention to dd at nappie changes tho, she likes to have one to play with, but sometimes tries to clean herself with it, then attempts the eating of it
