Gentle baby wipes recommendation needed

I use cornstarch powder instead of nappy creams for my DS, he gets terrible nappy rash when teething and creams make it worse but powder seems to help it clear it up in no time

Just wanted to add that if it's a really bad rash, you might need an anti fungal cream from the chemist to get on top of it. Only took 24-48 hours here, then we went back to maintenance mode...
