Hi - I just rang Huggies - took 15 mins but I did it!! Anyway lady was very helpful and took all the details abotu leakage, and crystals coming out etc. and said it would all be going to the manufacturer. She said for other mums to DEF call in because it means that the more who do the better. I have to send in 4 samples (no postage charged) and they will check them. She said that within 10 working days we should receive a response .ie new nappies.

Now I don't know if I want nappies that don't work but hey at least they were helpful and the lady was very sincere in wanting the company to find the issues. So if we all call they make put them back to old design!
