Yes!! the new deisgn are CRAP!! That's why I rang! I sent of four samples and I expect to hear from them in 10 days. Glad you rang - I told all my friends to as well. We've all noticed leakage, crystals coming out and the more obvious colour of urine. Hope they change back!
