    Help side sleeper and leaks

    Can anyone help me??

my son has decided that at night he only wants to sleep on his side. He is a heavy wetter overnight so we usually have to do a change but lately he is leaking through nappy, clothes, sheets within 1.5 hours of a change its driving me crazy as i have to change him over and over again and then resettle him. He is in Huggies crawler hes about 6.5kg and we've tried both size up and size down but no difference.

I'm thinking of getting a cover but that will take a bit of time so if anyone has any immediate ideas or alternative one that would be great

Hope this made sense slight sleep deprived

Out-weeing a Huggie in 1.5hrs is quite a feat. I do remember DD going through a phase maybe about that age, when she was always leaking at night. I didn't have to change her that often though.
Sounds like more absorbency is needed, if it's not the fit of the nappy. Have you given any thought to a proper night cloth nappy? They are designed to last all night and might give you a better result than just a cover. You can ask the cloth ladies for recommendations. I didn't use cloth at that age, so I don't want to give the wrong information.
Good luck finding a solution and getting some more sleep.

DS went through this stage as a little baby, didn't last too long though, he has just started gong through this stage again at 3 years old!
