There's probably nothing you can do except put a pull up on him overnight until he grows out of it. My 8yo nephew still wears a pull up and wets it every night.

just remembered something a friend of mine did for her son who regularly removed his nappy and then wet the bed. She would put him in an all in one pj set but backwards so he couldn't unbutton it himself. Not so good if you want to encourage him to get up to the toilet but if he wets through every night and deliberately pees in his bed then it could be an option for you.

I was going to say what Traveller just said. A friend of mine's little boy was waking with a wet bed but dry nappy, and after watching him a few nights she worked out that he was not really waking properly when he got the urge to wee. The little guy was still mostly asleep but probably thought he was doing the right thing by pulling his nappy down to wee IYKWIM - just was too much asleep to actually get up to the toilet. She put his pjs on backwards, but also sewed the shirt to the pants so he couldn't just pull the pants down. Worked a treat.

    Good luck.

You can also go to the independence solutions web site and by "Connie bed pads" for kids. They go straight over the sheets, and if they wet, you can just pull it off, and you still have a dry bed. They also don't feel wet so your child does not become cold in a wet bed if they do not wake.

    Good luck.
