Is your DD waking wet? Or does she wet just after she wakes, before the nappy comes off? I know a lot of the time DD was wetting after she woke up & if the nappy wasn't on she'd go to the toilet. But it was when she started wetting through the night, then crawling into my bed I went back to nappies.
Nah, pretty sure she wets overnight in her sleep.
