I use Snugglers - and have very rarely had any troubles with them. Occasionally my daughter has weed out of them, but not very often at all. You might be able to go to the baby websites for each brand and request samples? (I've never looked in to this, just a thought) Good luck.
I just went and looked at the Snugglers and the Baby Love websites, and on both you can request a free sample of whatever size nappy you want (one per postal address). Maybe try a few different brands that way?
