Powelly My DS used to do the same I moved him into the Infant size Huggies after this was happening and found that it stopped. You can only buy the bags of this size nappy at the supermarket but Babies Galore stock Jumbo Boxes for around $50 but have heaps of nappies in them. I only found this out just as DS was about to move into the crawler size.
