Thats a great idea, i'll have to start it i think as i was thinking of starting a sticker chart for my eldest and giving her pocket money if she completes all the tasks (putting toys away, doing her home reading book etc) so then DD2 can feel special too having a sticker chart that may (hopes, prays & begs) work!
