YEah I re read the post and you said velcro I was a tad distracted by a leaking baby (from her mouth all over her clothes) what is the insert set up like??

I am loving their colour range and am debating getting a FT pack because eventually I will have 2 in these so wondering how much to get as DD goes through 10 max a day + 1-2 through the night depending on the "input"

Small insert clips onto the big one so they don't separate or slip down from where you need it most. Its sorta a hourglass shape too so it didn't bunch towards the middle.

I got 2 rumparooz, and ended up selling them. I really wanted to love this nappy but it was not for us. I got them when DD was almost 12mths as I was fed up with the velcro on the bumgenius so thought I'd give them a go - got the snaps. I had to have it on the largest length size setting in order to fit - and at 12mths we are in the 50% percentile so not big, chubby etc etc. Decided there was no way it was going to fit till TT. I also found that the gusset, while I'm sure if it great for awful poos, that by 12mths and on solids the poos were well formed and just rolled off (TMI sorry) so the gussets served no purpose. I'm sure if they were on a EBF newborn etc they would work a treat. They downside of the gussets was they leave indents on her little bottom - especially if she was sitting in the car seat / pram for a period of time with it on!!

Sorry would have like to give a more positive report but that was my experience.

Ariemah - what side snaps did you end up with as thats what I'm currently considering? Can't decide between green acres designs, swaddlebees, knickernappies - there the ones I've found and I'm sure there are more out there..... would be interested in what you got and what influenced your decision.
