DS1 is nearly two and I am by no means pushing him to toilet train but he's a super smart kid and has a very great vocabulary so can communicate very well and he understands nearly everything we say to him. So I thought I'd see how he'd go if we started thinking about TT. We bought him the potty and jocks and they're great and he loves them and understands that that's where he's suppose to do wees and poos because he runs around yelling 'wees' and grabs the potty and starts trying to take his pants off, then he sits there, and sits there, and sits some more but nothing! He then gets up and asks if he can have a nappy on and then he wees. Ive never done this TTing thing before so I'm not sure how to encourage him to do his business actually in the potty. Any tips?
