I would say give it a little more time. It's a very scary thing for them to do a wee in the toilet/potty. It took us 4 weeks to tt Nina, but she wouldn't do a wee in the toilet for the first 2 of those weeks. She was really scared. Once she had done her first wee, she never looked back.
Maybe ease up on tt, but don't stop completely. Every now and then, put some knickers on her and see if she'll go to the toilet.
