Kisrt, it is such a tricky one. What you descrobe is pretty mcuh exactly what happened with Olivia. She TT'd very early (just turned 2), and for the first 2 weeks it was EASY.......it was all lead by her & it was a walk in the park, for wees and poos.
But then after about 2 weeks we had some regression. To this day, I have no idea why. (Charlie was about 6 months, I was just pg with Lexie, so I have a feeling she picked up on my stress)
I was in a dither as I was due to go OS and I didn't know what to do: back to nappies, or forge ahead?
Anyway, I think we had all been a bit "complacent", so we had a few "at home days" where I tired to remain really happy cheerful Mummy, no TV, lots of craft and one on one, (I got DH t take Cahrlie out a lot!) and it all slotted into place again...............
Obviously they are all different, but my experiecne was that she just needed reasurrance that the toilet was a great, & a lot of one on one time, and a calm Mummy, to help her through the little regression..........
(To this day we have had zero accidents, so I am one proud Mummy!)
