thats a hard one! im not sure if he would benefit from you teaching him, if he isnt being taught at home!
is there any rules or guidelines that you need to follow as a day carer that can help you?

Oh the poor love but I have to agree with KB: if his mum won't teach him at home I can't see how he will pick it up successfully? Is there a lifting policy as being pg you surely can't be expected to be lifting a 3.5yr old all the time? Sending youlove!
