strip wash for a front loader

I've done a detergent strip wash in front loader. Why wouldn't you be able to?

That's what I wanna know! My machine seemed fine after my canesten wash... I've lost count how many times I've put some in there.

I read that you can't use dish washing detergent in a front loader because they suds-up too much. But I did just do it in desperation anyway, just used a tiny squeeze of detergent, which sudsed up more than enough! I have over-sudsed my front loader quite a few times before (liquid detergent and wool wash and just getting used to having a front loader lol) so was trying to avoid that. But a tiny squeeze seemed to be OK.

Yeah.. I used like 3 drops of detergent hehe. Worked just fine.
