I'll grab 5m thanks Sammi. I just realised I can use BKT for what I want to make! DUH! I've been wanting fleece for months too....sometimes I just can't think outside the square!

I'm thinking we can pay for the postage to you, then have a sew-up distribution for those who can make it?

Maybe you should charge us all a few bucks given it will take you time and effort to cut it all up....which I figure you'll say 'no' to, but we can just ignore that can't we girls?!

Postage to my place is included in the price per metre so that bit is covered.
And you're right on that one Cat...I wouldn't want any $$ towards the time it takes to divvy it up. I wouldn't have offered to do it if I found it a hassle last time.

OW I just got poked in the eye with a tiny teddy biscuit

Is there a deadline? I need to know when to make up my mind by... I'm getting Rans to do my cutting for me, and then I'll be able to tell if I need more or not...

ETA: You gotta watch out for those tiny teddies Sam...when you least expect it...POW right in the kisser...or peeper, in your case...

Put me in for 1m, how much is a 5kg postpak? It was said that 3m fits in a 5kg postpak..... well can you add my 1 metre to Lea's 2 metres for postage? It can be posted to her. Gives me a reason to visit her! lol When will you have it? (can you tell I have no idea what I'm doing??)

Rhianon I said "I think" it fits but I can't be totally sure till I've got it here in front of me.

I haven't posted anything since postage has gone up so I'm not sure of the prices of the satchels ATM but perhaps someone who has can fill us in on the cost.

FJ it cost around $13ish to post 5 metres. I rounded it up to $15 as postage has gone up. It' not the weight but the bulk that is the problem. It only weighs about 2.8kilos but the bulk puts it up to the next postage category.

ETA the AP website says 3 kilo satchels cost $9.30.

Umm...I just realised one of the coops is doing bamboo fleece 70/30 10oz weight (about 320gms) for 8.50 a yard US. Any interest? It would be slightly thinner than Sammi's one but not much.

ETA: forget I spoke....the postage will make it more than $14 so not worth it!!
