My mum is a gun sewer and is looking for another project to do at the moment - so she would like to have a try at a making a fitten modern cloth nappy.
I would like it to be a AIO or AI2 - does anyone have a pattern that they could share with me or know where I can get one??
There are a few free ones about but I think they are more a nappy that needs a cover. I'll tramp about and see what I can find for you. Am having a blank as far as names is concerned but wee wika is ringing a bell. I think I played with that one early on.
If your mum is a bit crafty then it's not all that hard to trace off something that you already have. If she needs a bit of help working out how to put it together I can give you some links to some great online tutorials.
If you don't mind paying for a pattern then you can't get much better than the honeyboy pattern (they sell it at theweewuns). It is an awesome nappy, comes with fantastic instructions and you can customise it easily. There is also the very baby AIO too that you can only get from the US.
