I have a Bummi's newborn one and a motherease x-small that I am using at the moment. Depends what nappy I am putting on her first as to whether the cover fits over it. Some of the bigger nappies its a struggle to fit the newborn covers over her (and she's not a teeny tiny bub either). I think I could probably fit a small on her because its all velcro and adjustable to their size anyway

Oh and no leaks so far either (although have had leaks with other MCN's.. )

I got my motherease from Nip naps but I think most of the other places like nurture nappies or darlings downunder might have them as well.
