Thanks ladies Will be picking some up tomorrow. Wont be usuing a tampon as tampon usage is half the reason i have thrush atm, but I will find a way to get it up there and then I'll be on my back with a pad lol

Kel, yep I've used garlic for a while now, it's amazing. I think I need to start putting more nicks in it now and maybe even cut it in two as this is a pretty bad case It's starting to feel better now so it clears up soon!

I dont know too much about the yogurt etc, but if you cant use the creams you can also get a tablet you can take that may help. Another thing ive found excellent in helping those sorts of things, headaches etc, is drink lots and lots of water.

Hope it clears for you soon.

I have used it - it clears it up like nothing else I've ever used. (haven't had the chance to try garlic yet)

Some people use a syringe to squirt it right on up there, I never thought of this and just used a paddle pop stick type thing.

But, yeah, has to be natural unsweetened yoghurt.

Natural yoghurt is fantastic, as is garlic and ummm, I think cranberry juice? (or am I thinking of something else here?). You can buy tablets from health food shops as well, and yes, water water water!
