Oh, her being concerned doesn't bother me, it's just that I didn't know what the answer was - it showed me I needed more knowledge before throwing us headlong into GAPS. My friend dropped around yesterday and gave me the book, I guess she got sick of encouraging me to get it myself

So now I'm getting the stuff together to do my fermenting. I'm so freaking overwhelmed it's not funny. I think I just need to focus on one bit at a time, but I want to make sure I have everything before we start, because I don't wanna fall in a pile.
