Don't use the Herron Vita mini ones, they have artificial sweeteners in them. Blackmores don't contain artificial sweeteners. I think it's worth a go. My DD1 gets a multi every now and then....Didn't use them last winter because she was too young. I think they have to be 2 years old.

Metagenics have some great kids vitimins which are in a powder and taste nice. You need to get them from a pracitioner though
