Can anyone recommend a good multi-vitamin please? I've been sick off and on for about 6 weeks with colds/cough. I can't get well even though I feel like we eat well and look after ourselves.

I have two little boys and we just keep passing the sickness around to each other.

Has anyone tried Centrum?
