just a quick question, i have been given a pregnancy massage oil that has a few things in it i am not sure of, one being St Johns Wart. Can anyone tell me if its ok to use. I am sure the company that produces it would advertise if it wasnt ok, but just want to make sure.
st johns wort shouldn't be a problem.
it is a problem when it is taken internally in conjunction with other prescribed medications (such as anti-depressants, digoxin, wafarin etc)
