I've had colonic but not when I had AF. I lost a kilo that day Strangest thing I've ever experienced.

No, I feel really stupid - I thought the appointments were 9:30, but they were at 9 so we missed it They've given us $30 off our next appointments, but we haven't done it yet. I'd psyched myself up and everything...

I've had heaps of them and so had dh I haven't had any for the past couple of years but will go again next year before I get pregnant again. dh has a few every year also. They make you feel so wonderful and I'd say that it's probably one of the best things you can do for your body apart from not smoke or drink in excess and have a clean diet

I agree, it does make you feel amazing after it. My skin cleared up the week after it too! AMAZING!
