I think I have an old Billings book too somewhere...
You have to monitor your CM too as part of your fertility tracking.
We were going to use Billings but I always wanted to DTD around fertile time

Billings is really simple once you understand it but as far as I recall it suggests abstinence for the first 2 months until you understand your cycle so it might be a bit hard to do it by the book. 2 months is long time.

Yesssirreeeee it is Onyx!!! Hooley dooley who would have thought it would be so complicated. Thing is right now even with the fertiility calendar I don't trust it because it says I o'd a few days ago but I am only starting to get EWCM now. Mmmm. Might have to do a bit more reading tonight when kids are in bed.

Yes me! i just found this thread i have always used withdrawal method around O time i have never had a slip up except when i was 23 and my then husband came home drunk and didnt bother which resulted in me getting pregnant and my now ex husband.

I dont ever get ewcm so that is no good for the billings method i can always feel when i O and it is always between day 10 and 13 which we are careful around that time.
I just had a baby so we are waiting to see how my cycles go before we know when to be careful but to be honest i am a little older now and it took ivf to concieve our 2nd daughter after losing our naturally concieved in 5 cycles 1st daughter i was always a rabbit and fell easy but now i am not so sure but dont want anymore bubs just yet if at all.

I've just had my implanon removed after over 3 years. We were going to ttc but have decided to wait a bit longer so I've startex charting so we know when to avoid dtd. Worked fine when I did charting to get pregnant so hopefully if we do the opposite we wont get pregnant. Will also be doing withdrawal.
