hi everyone, i havent used this type of contraception but i have had a copper IUD and that doent have any hormens in it so you cycle naturaly, and i think it lasts 3-5 yrs not sure which, and when you take it out you dont have the stand down time like you do with merina and other contracetives.
hi, I am using that method and have been for a while after 9 mad months on Implanon I was looking for something more natural. I would highly recommend it. I just got the books of ebay and used it with ff.
There are a lot of supplements though and elements of the advice can be a bit scary, if you're a worrywort like me. On the plus side my cycles have clearly changed (for the better), I feel healthier in general and I feel more prepared now we're ttc.
The lunar cycle is responsible for me being pregnant now! It's not an issue really, just a little closer to first bub than we planned. One stressful month where I wasn't watching my mucus around my lunar time and bam.
Also, I'm a little wary of copper IUD's. Even though they don't interfere with hormones it can have other negative effects.
