my DD was born at 35wks, 10 days later we went home. she weighed 2995g when she was born and i was actually due for an ultrasound the next day as the MW seemed concerned that DD was measuring bigger than normal. She was in NICU for about a week with under developed lungs and was a tiny bit yellow (completely gone blank on what thats called again!) but all in all she was fine, put on plenty of weight and she's quite tall too. No-one would ever expect that she was prem lol
