Gestation vs Weight

I know this is an old thread but I thought I would add my 4 premmies.

L - 36+1weeks 2880g he is now 8 and weighs around 20kg
E - 35 weeks 2210g now 3yrs 2mths and weighs 14.5kg
I - 28+1 weeks 1045g now 2yrs 3 months weighs 9.6kg (still petite)
M - 25 weeks 920g now 14mths and weighs 5.8kg (my tiny boy)
M was a good size for a 25 weeker (my dates where spot on and early u/s confirmed) but he still had quite a hard journey the NICU and has had weight issues.

As I'm a curious little one, am wondering what gestation and how much your lil one/s weighed.

Brendan: 30+1 weeks 1545 grams (82%ile for gestational age)
Tristan: 34+3 weeks 3090 grams (off the top of the chart for gestational age, 25%ile for actual age)

I just got Brendan's notes and he was recorded as being in the 52nd %ile not the 82nd %ile not sure how I got that mixed up lol.

Brendan and Tristan were weighed two weeks ago...
Brendan 12kg (3yrs) and Tristan 6.5kg (8 months).

Updating my two now...
Brendan is 4 and 13.9kg and Tristan is 22 months and 10.3kg.

Meara was 36 weeks and weighed at 3.28kg and was 51cm long. So I had a big bubba as well. My DS2 was born at 38 weeks at 4.4kgs and 57cm long so well off the charts

Meara is now 2 years 4 months and weighs 15.5kgs and DS2 is nearly 10 and weighs 49kgs so he is still a big boy but he is tall with it.
