    DD was 2.32kg when we brought her home (she was 1.698, also a 34 weeker), she was on 3 different medications. It was scary, she was so tiny (we didn't think so, but looking back at pictures now she looks tiny)

    We too were still living like we were in NICU/SCN.

    It takes a while to break the habits (We were in NICU for 4 weeks and SCN for 3 weeks).

    Congratulations on bringing your bubby home!!

    Bex, I didn't have a prem or any conception issues with DD and I was waiting at the hospital for her real mother to come and collect her. I was unbelievably anxious and stressed taking her home.
    so I think what you're feeling is really normal.
