Hi Leesa,
Congratulations!!
My daughter was born the same way! I developed HELLP at week 33+4 and she was born weighing 1.375kg. So I hear you on the "she is fine, just small"
I also had to express for her and tbh I did not have any trouble, BUT I expressed every two hours for 10 minutes per breast. I eventually had so much milk that I donated to the "boobymilk-store" for the less fortunate bubbas.
In that time I did drink alot, so try upping your water/ice tea intake and try getting some sleep. I know it's hard (I wish I had followed my own advice) but you really need your sleep. After cuddles and bf'ing at the hossie, go home and rest. It's hard as hell to leave them there, but you have to look after yourself too
Goodluck and I hope she comes home really soon. :hugs:
