I personally think 3 'normal' sized car seats wouldn't fit in a Camry. It's a squeeze in the likes of a Commordore or Falcon and they're pretty spacious.
We have a CX7 and three seats wouldn't fit in it. Nor would they in my parents Pajero. Two would be fine but not three decent sized car seats.
If you're OK with buying new seats, SnS do a great 'skinnier' seat called the Compaq
We squeeze in 2 boosters (Infa secure kid max) and a Safe n Sound baby seat into a Commodore but it is tricky doing up all the harnesses (as we have the protecta harness with the seat belts of the car). Have it all sorted in terms of how to do it but I have to jump in the back seat along with the 3 kids to do it and it is not fast! Having said that once in they are fine. The main issue is the contour of the cars actual seats, if they were flat they would be fine!
I fit two Maxi Riders (the first version, not the one with the arm rests) and a Safe N Sound Compaq car seat (the really narrow ones) across the back of my Toyota Yaris Sedan (it's a 2010 model). So it can be done!
Look into the S&S compaq. The seating area is the same size as the regular ones but it has a narrower base and it doesn't have the big wide wings The baby shop people were happy to sit them in my car to see how they went so ask yours if they will do that for you!
