Yeah, the fan is on. I read the instructions and it said don't change the sensitivity and nothing about what you need to do if it does need to be changed. So I don't know what to change it to, lol.

Oh how frustrating! I have heard that fans can stop the alarm from going off, I don't know what to suggest because I'm guessing you need the fan! Do they have a number you can call or an email address you can use to ask the manufacturer?
Hmm...yes, I think I will have to call them!
