Having had 2 sections and very long babies, I found a baby bath a PITA. The kitchen or laundry sinks were far easier to fill and empty and are at a great height.

I have an infa brand one where the bathtub slides out from under the change table. I love it and will be using it for the 3rd bub soon.
I used a hard, plastic insert thing to keep DD2 more upright when in the bath. I can't remember what it is called but I got it from Toys R Us.

We had a tummy tub for MJ and LOVED it and will use it again, i thinki used it every day until she was just under 1 and then we started having some big baths... I used it on the floor and on a table, but yu can get a stand with it.
I had a c/s and had NO problems with it at all.
Would highly recommend
