I use wipes, Huggies in fact. I would have no hesitation in using them. Given they are in a sealed packet they should be fine, but when the packet is opened wipes can dry out. I add water to them and use them. I have never come across a wipe which is 'out of date' but I guess they would smell dodgy if they had turned bad??
