I had a Swallow Beema Q and I think DD moved out of the bassinet into the seat around 9wks or so - but only on the slight recline setting, it also laid completely flat which I think is important at such a young age - hope that helps!

I have a similar pram, the Bebe Care Rverse which is a flat bassinette and then transform into a stroller. DD is 11 weeks old, and about 2 weeks ago I raised it 1 level so it is now on a slight incline as she just didnt enjoy being flat. HTH
