i dont have a bebe care , but i have a childcare Hola which looks the same . maybe the same make just diff brand .
i Love this pram and after haveing a heavy bertini for the first month recommend it to everyone .

To change it from bassanet to seat is as simple as unhooking 3 button clips and doing them up again and changing the position to flat . two mins . to create the foot rest is just a clip under neath . if my 13 month old is going to sleep for a while ill still slip the seat flat .
should you baby have reflux like mine you have had the bed raised a little , and it came with a matching matress in bassinet mode .
everything is accesable but pushing in the three buttons on the side of the seat , to lock in and remove from frame , Change position , there is flat , semi recline and upright .
the seat reclines with the simple pull and push . Comes with a foot muff that is machine washable , along with the hood which is also machine washable , zip in sun shade and rain cover that fold down to wallet size allowing to take both anywhere .
the stroller is sturdy and i load it up on shopping day and i can fit alot in it . i dont drive and have done hundreds of Km's in it and only pumped up tyres twice . Compact and will fold flat , i have had this with out an issue in the back of a hatch back . and Light , i could lift it after an emergancy c section with out pain .

i love my pram and have had no issues with it , having paid $1000 for a bertini intually and then $250 on Ebay for My Hola ( New ) i know i got a better pram second time round .

Good luck
