I second this, for prams and car seats especially they know their stuff and found them to be far more knowledgable than Baby Bunting where it depends what store and which staff member you get.

Id pass on going here. I'm a local and in the few times I've been there, the service has never been good. I've found them to be quite abrupt and lacking in customer service skills.
