I can't really help either as I purchased the Phil & Teds - Vibe. My criteria was similiar to yours (I wasn't fussed about 3 wheels or 4).
Our pram is very light weight, we purchased the cocoon also, the handlebars an be moved into 3 seperate positions and the seat is reversible too.
Good Luck with your decision and all the best for the rest of your pregnancy.
What swayed me on the Toro was the consistent excellent reviews it's garnered in various fora. In particular, this review (given I don't drive and we needed a pram that I could easily take on long walks off-road or in trams or buses):
We've had ours now for 16 months and love it. The one thing you need to check if you buy one is whether it fits into your car or not - it won't fit in a hatchback because it folds like an umbrella-style stroller. Love the fact that it stands on its own and that you can pull it along behind you like a wheelie suitcase. It's extremely sturdy, hard-wearing and it just zips along.

We've been very happy with our bugaboo bee. I like that the seat can reverse so DS faces me while he's still little. It's very very easy to push and turn around tight corners etc. It's pretty expensive though... so we are hoping that it will last for any future children. It's easy to put up and down and I like that there is just a single hand motion for adjusting the seat angle and just one foot pedal for the brake. The only thing that I don't like is that it's not super small when folded - we are going on a long interstate trip and I'm not sure if it will fit in the car along with portacot and all the other baby stuff. But it's small enough when folded not to be a problem for everyday stuff and I can still fit lots of groceries etc in the boot.
