Does anyone have any experience with these 2 prams?? I think I want one of them... just not sure which. They are both pretty lightweight but as I see it the bugaboo has better suspension, folds in 1 piece in both forward facing and rearward facing, but is more expensive and the seat doesn't look nearly as comfortable... whereas the urbo seat looks really comfy, it;s cheaper, but doesn't fold in 1 piece rearward facing, oh and you can put a bassinette on (for no 2 down the track). Also have read worse reviews of the urbo with some issues with sticking wheels etc, but noone seems to have a bad word to say about the bee.
Does anyone have any experiences or insight??
I would be getting it in the uk so would be about $740 for bee and $450 for urbo
Help me! am getting obsessive about it! Is it just me that is obsessed by the quest for the perfect pram???
I have a bee and I love it! It is very narrow which is great for shops and sitting in coffee shops without taking up miles of space. You can put a lambskin liner down to make seat cushier. Great handling, easy to fold. Love it.
One downside is that it doesn't convert to a two seater pram (you know, with an additional seat or whatever), if you are considering no 2. But we have 1.5 kids and we aren't planning on getting another pram.
See what I mean?? Everyone who has one luvs them! Where do you get a lambskin liner to fit?? Well you can fit the buggy board with a bee... not sure about the urbo, but I think kids will be far enough spaced for it not to be such an issue (maybe?? lets face it don't really know but right now I want a Bee!)
I love love love my bee. You can get a nest insert for newborn which I used with no problems. I refused to have any pram that didn't fold down in one piece.
Hi Bloom, sorry just got the 1.5 kids thing when I looked at your ticker. Duh! CONGRATULATIONS !!! Just out of interest what do you plan to do if you're not buying another pram?? Sling for little one? I think I'm set on the Bee
