I have decided to purchase a Bugaboo. I am now making the decision on colour. I am tossing up between the all black one or the black and pink. The baby is a girl and this is my last child.
Any thoughts? She is the only girl with 4 brothers, hence the appeal of the pink, but I dont want to be entirely impractical. DH does not mind pushing a pink pram (I asked), he is pretty thrilled to be finally having a girl..
Have others enjoyed having a 'Bright' pram? What do you think?
The great thing about the Bugaboo is that the toppings can be changed! I would buy the Bugaboo in black and then buy an extra topping (about $180) and just change them when you feel like it!!
I am going to be buying a denim bugaboo and will probably get toppings in pink, red and off white to go with the base.
If you don't want to fork out the extra $$ I would go black with a pink topping - soooo pretty!
Go bright!! I have one with a Charcoal Base and Red topper and I love it - I do love the pink but went with red in the hope we have a boy in the future!
I'm the same as Beema - we have the charcoal base and the red topper. It was the fleece type when I bought it but you can also get the canvas style too. The ability to change the top to meet the *flavour* of the baby (or the desire of the mummy ) is one of the great advantages. It looks like a new pram!!
I am with the others get something bright! We bought an all black one! I did love it but wanted something brighter so we got the dark blue and the denim they look fab!
And being the only girl why not have lots of pink, if and when we have a girl i want pink topping too!
