I believe you will be on your own in terms of warranty. You could ship it back to the US, but that would cost $$. I would imagine that you could pay to have it fixed here, but I'm not positive. I do know (from my own research on this topic some months ago), that a lot of people decide to risk it - meaning purchase the pram from the US and hope they have no issues so that not having the warranty doesn't matter. Remember, it's not a lifetime warranty - I think it's only a year but I'm not sure. That being said, we purchased here in Australia because I didn't want to deal with hassles if anything went wrong but I did buy all my pram "accessories/attachments" from overseas and that has worked out fine - and saved a lot of money.
For some reason i am under the impression that there is no warranty when you purchase prams online. You can go directly through the company but i think it all comes at a cost to you. I could be wrong though.
