Can you create a bad sleeper?

I think they are either a good sleeper or a bad sleeper and there's not much you can do about it lol!

we didn't have a capsule & i don't think we needed one as such. if you didn't want to buy both or invest in a capsule, you could always hire one - i know a couple of people who did that & were pretty happy with them. saved actually buying one.

Well if you can I'm really sucky at this mummy gig....lol just kidding.
I've never had a capsule so can't really offer any advice, but The whole parenthood concept is fraught with these decisions and the guilt that we often drag along with it. I totally understand your stress having been exactly the same, but change a baby you cannot, so my best advice is just listen to your heart and go with baby's flow.....
