Question Replacement wheels for strider plus 4

We bought our strider almost 2 years ago.. our wheels are now looking like they need to be replaced.

Do i contact the manufacturer myself? I would go through the place we bought it but its no longer there.

Also would anyone have any idea on cost? I think we only need the back two replaced.

We had a problem with our pram - same brand but different model. It was still under warranty but the place we bought it from had closed down. We contacted the manufacturer direct and they referred us to a repairer. We had to travel about 1.5 hrs to brisbane to get it fixed though Haven't had any problems since (it's the same age as DS). No idea on cost as ours was under warranty. I expect something exorbitant though, if my experience with a different company is anything to go by. I contacted babyco to see if we could get a replacement plastic sliding thing for the side of our cot & they wanted nearly $100 Considering I bought it second hand for not much more, I have just left it broken. It still works as a safety catch, just doesn't have a guide to slide along. Then again, Britax might be more reasonable.

Just call Britax and they will tell you where you can get them form, they are about $40 each from memory, warranty is not an issue.

I replaced mine direct with Britax- once I explained my issue- they sent some replacements out by courier free of charge.
