Cover for pregnancy pillow?

So it's basically about the width of a normal pillow - but twice as long - so it would go across the head of a double/queen bed completely??
If that's the one we have two of them and have had no trouble getting cases - Big W and KMart and those stores all have them marketed as body pillowcases...

I would say its def skinnier than normal pillow but quite long but I could try - it might not matter if its too big - I can always fix that! Thanks!
