Thanks alioops - I will give it a try tomorrow (pram is at Mum n Dads) - it has those buttons on the handles - knew they had to do something LOL!

Thanks also to Trish and Danielle - the levers on the side are to flip the handle over - but i REALLY apprecicate the help
