I would get minimal 0000 stuff until you know the size of bub...

Ash was a big baby and only fit in 000 for a few weeks! So all the 0000 stuff I brought never got used and the oversupply of things I had in 000 wasn't funny. Best to get a few of the essentials and spend up later when you know what size for what season.
